1. Do you deliver all over India?

Yes. We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and Ecom Express.

 


 

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.

 


 

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

 


 

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee of ₹49 applies.

 


 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

 


 

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for wrong or defective items only, within 3 days of delivery.
A clear unboxing video is required to approve your return or exchange request.

 


 

8. How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 8–15 business days after approval.
For COD orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer or UPI.

 


 

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your unboxing video.
Our team will review it and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
