Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair while keeping our order process smooth and reliable.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Or contact us via WhatsApp or phone at +91 9113562514

Please include your order number in the message.
 If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellation requests made through Instagram, Facebook, or other social media platforms will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then submit a return request in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation through phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Frequent cancellations of COD orders may lead to the temporary suspension of the COD option for future purchases.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, or card).
 Refunds generally take 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Seller Cancellations

We may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • The shipping address provided is invalid or incomplete

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund if payment has been made.
